3.2 The customer is obliged to pay the prices agreed upon for these services of the Restaurant. This also applies to services directly commissioned by the customer or commissioned through the Restaurant, which are provided by third parties and advanced by the Restaurant.
3.3 Invoices from the Restaurant are payable immediately upon receipt without deduction. In case of payment delay, the Restaurant is entitled to charge interest at a rate of 8% above the base rate.<\/p>\n
