General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for SIGN GASTRO WORLD Gastro Establishment
1. **Scope of Application**
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to contracts for the rental of rooms for the organization of events of all kinds, as well as all related services and deliveries provided by SIGN GASTRO WORLD Gastro Establishment (hereinafter referred to as the Restaurant).
2. **Conclusion of Contract**
A contract is concluded by the acceptance of the customer’s offer by the Restaurant. The Restaurant may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on a written confirmation from the customer.
3. **Services, Prices, Payment**
3.1 The Restaurant undertakes to provide the services ordered by the customer and agreed upon by the Restaurant.
3.2 The customer is obliged to pay the prices agreed upon for these services of the Restaurant. This also applies to services directly commissioned by the customer or commissioned through the Restaurant, which are provided by third parties and advanced by the Restaurant.
3.3 Invoices from the Restaurant are payable immediately upon receipt without deduction. In case of payment delay, the Restaurant is entitled to charge interest at a rate of 8% above the base rate.
4. **Cancellation by the Customer**
In the event of a cancellation by the customer, cancellation fees may apply. These fees will be calculated individually based on the timing of the cancellation and the type of service booked.
5. **Liability of the Restaurant**
5.1 The Restaurant is liable with the care of a prudent businessman for its obligations arising from the contract.
5.2 Liability of the Restaurant for damages that do not result from the violation of life, body or health is excluded, unless they are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the Restaurant or on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by a legal representative or vicarious agent of the Restaurant.
6. **Final provisions**
6.1 Changes or additions to the contract, acceptance of application, or these General Terms and Conditions shall be made in writing. Unilateral changes or additions by the customer are ineffective.
6.2 The place of performance and payment is the registered office of the Restaurant.
6.3 The exclusive place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the Restaurant.
